- Portugal & Spain (mainland): free on orders from €100
- EU, UK, USA: free on orders from €100
- Worldwide (Asia, Middle East, Australia): free on orders from €250
All international orders are shipped DDP. Duties and taxes are already included in the price you pay at checkout. No surprise fees on delivery.
Shipping costs & delivery times
Shipping rates are applied per order and depend on the destination. Orders are dispatched from our atelier in Guimarães, Portugal, on the same business day (orders placed at weekends or on public holidays ship on the next business day). You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

International orders, duties & taxes (DDP)
All orders shipped outside the European Union are sent Delivered Duties Paid (DDP): all applicable customs duties and import taxes are already included in the total you pay at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees on delivery.
Returns outside the EU and the EEA: orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union and the European Economic Area are final sale. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for these orders. Orders to Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein follow the same 14-day terms as the EU. This does not affect your rights in the event of a manufacturing defect: contact us and we will resolve it.
Uncollected parcels: if a parcel shipped outside the European Union and the European Economic Area is not collected from customs or from the carrier, or is refused on delivery, the customer is responsible for the parcel and no refund will be issued.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow its journey. If you do not receive this email within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
