What is the shipping time and cost?

Orders are dispatched the same business day. With Standard, delivery takes 2 to 4 business days for Portugal and mainland Spain, 3 to 6 business days for the rest of the European Union and 3 to 8 business days for the rest of the world. Shipping is free on orders from 100 euros (250 euros for Asia, the Middle East and Australia). Express shipping is also available.

What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, for items in perfect condition with all tags and the original packaging. Returns must be requested through your customer account on sofiagodinho.com; requests made by other channels are not accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer and orders shipped outside the European Union and the European Economic Area are final sale. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of the return arriving. Personalised items cannot be returned.
